Planting the Seed is our Kindergarten session. We will lay the foundational skills your child needs to become a strong reader, writer and thinker in this small group session.

This session helps children meet new friends and get to know the routines and structures of kindergarten. Each day, we’ll work on a daily read aloud and do a hands-on project that involves a bit of writing. Participants will also be able to learn while playing during our independent center time.

**Please note, incoming kindergarten students are not eligible to participate in Books and Brushes this summer, as it’s intended for incoming first through third grade students. Watch for that opportunity at the end of kindergarten next year!
